Delete Your Account

Delete from the app

Open the Naabamart app, go to Account, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. The deletion happens immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@naabamart.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership of the address and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your saved delivery addresses
• Your linked Google sign-in, if any
• Your wishlist, cart and saved payment preferences
• Your push notification registrations

What is kept, and why

Completed order and invoice records are retained for up to 6 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. These records are anonymised during deletion — they are no longer linked to your name, email address or phone number, and cannot be traced back to you.

Product reviews and questions you posted publicly remain visible, shown as written by a deleted user. Email support if you want these removed as well.

This cannot be undone

Account deletion is permanent. Order history, reward points and saved addresses cannot be recovered. If you want to use Naabamart again later you will need to create a new account.
