We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, make a purchase, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us for support. This may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment information.
We use the information we collect to process your orders, communicate with you about products and promotions, improve our services, and protect against fraudulent transactions.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — payment gateways, delivery partners and hosting providers — so long as those parties agree to keep it confidential.
Advertising and measurement. We share certain information with Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Conversions API, so we can measure the performance of our advertising and show you more relevant ads. This includes your email address, phone number, name, city, state, postal code and country — all irreversibly hashed before they leave our servers, so Meta cannot read them directly — along with your IP address, browser identifiers, the products you view, and the contents and value of your orders.
You can limit how this information is used for advertising through your Facebook ad preferences, or your device's advertising settings. Email support@naabamart.com to opt out entirely.
We record which products you view, search for and purchase, together with a randomly generated device identifier, to understand how our store is used and to recommend products. This identifier is not linked to your identity unless you are signed in.
If you allow notifications in our mobile app, we store a push token for your device so we can send order updates and offers. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings, and the token is deleted when you sign out or delete your account.
You can access and correct your personal information from your account dashboard at any time. You can also delete your account — and the personal data attached to it — from the Naabamart app under Account → Delete account, or by following the instructions on our account deletion page. Completed order records are retained in anonymised form for up to 6 years to meet tax and accounting obligations.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
